Horrible Service Telkom

Service line down for 6 days. No feedback. Called Telkom 11 times. Waiting period per call 10-25 minutes without anyone answering the phone. Used more than R300 mobile airtime and still no service, no reply. Sent a reference number for another Telkom line, not my number at all.
