Horrible service Sooo unproffessional

<p>my contract was due to end month end March - mid April, I called and asked for termination/cancellation. I was then told to fillup cancellation form and email it to cancellation division so i did, weeks passedby with no response or confirmation. I decised to call again and ask, first agents drops my call because he couldnt answer all my question, second agent asked me to resend the same application form i sent more than a month ago. I sent it again and got a reponse after a week to confirm the sim card number, I mean what the hell, on the form there is anaccount number thats linked to the card number and i have attached my ID. what makes me angry is that they still deducting the money from my bank acount. what the hell, i want my money back </p>
