Horrible service!!!! Save your money!!!!

If there was a zero that's the rating I would give. Telkom has most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. They don't even stick to their own self imposed turn around time. I have an issue with them since 14 October 2020 and it still has not been sorted out as yet. All I get is order numbers and case numbers but I still have not received my refund. R948 is a lot of money I want my refund.
