Horrible service rendered by Telkom

They didn't debit their money from my account now I'm paying endlessly and they debit more than they should from my account. I tried to cancel after they took what they didn't debit but it never stops. I just want my sim cards to be changed to prepaid and they must cancel their services because I finished paying for my contract without owing them.
