Horrible Service Received time and time again

<p>I am beyond frustrasted with Telkom, i have a land line which is used by my 76 year old granny has not been in use since December 2016 and to date Telkom says my issue has not been given to a technician......................why.................... I have logged numerous faults and complaints from last year yet i have not yet been connected. Every time i call in i firstly have to hold for about 45minutes before i get hold of anyone, then the consultant puts me on hold to find out whats the problem and i get disconnected every single time. This is time consuming, costly and a total waste of my time. It seems that there is never a manager around to assist any customer, hence my use of Hello Peter. I want to cancel my Telkom Line and i will never suggest anyone to take any services from Telkom ever. A few minutes ago i was on hold for a so called manager Craig Chetty and yet again i cut off after holding for about 30minutes. Terrible Service</p>
