Horrible service received from Telkom

<p>I have a ADSL UNCAPPED internet with TELKOM, I made a request to Telkom to move my connection to a new location no it the 5th week no feedback has been given to me I don't know what is happening, I phone the call center more than 50 times i even went to a number of Telkom stores trying get the progress of my request I'm only told they working my request but sometimes when I call Telkom call center I will tranfared from department to department until I run out of airtime imagen be without a service that you pay for</p>
