Horrible Service Provider

Horrible service from Telkom. They do not value their customers at all. I’m beyond hurt and disappointed . They failed to resolve a query logged two months ago. With every email I send they’ve been escalating my query since January 13th. It’s now almost end of February. My advise to anyone who wants to do business with them is NOT to.
