Horrible service provider!

The most appalling customer service advisors in store and at the call center. I purchased a laptop last June on contract the laptop has stopped working and I have ever since being trying to get this booked in as it is still within warranty. The store says they cannot book it in and the call center insists I need to go to the store Noone will give me the number I need to call to book the laptop in for repairs I cannot pay for 2 more years for a broken product. The time money and efforts wasted is an absolute disappointment. I am going to seek out legal action if this is not resolved.
