Horrible service provider

I bought airtime on the 27 April 2024 and immediately tried to convert it to data, to ky surprise airtime went off but no data.

I immediately called in and I was advised there's been a problem with data purchases and I should allow 24hrs for feedback, Wednesdays 01 May i called again and I was advised its holiday i must allow 72 hrs till today no one is getting back to me.
