Horrible service & *********** people

Horrible service with *********** people who do not know what they are doing.

I have an emergency where my son needs data, however I've loaded 3 times and the data is not showing... since 8 this morning my query has been escalated with no feedback after I was told by the 1st consultant that ot would take 10 min..Then the 2nd consultant by the name of Thelma Sibeko dropps my call after asking to speak to the manager...
