Horrible service!!!! Or rATHER nO service at all!!!

<p>I have been trying to get my land land cancelled and disconnected since APRIL 2016. Went in to the local TELKOM offices and was told the only way to get it done is via Internet with a fax or e-mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well the mail was sent on the 28th of April and I was told that I had to pay another month's rental before the line will be cancelled. No problem I did just that so my phone should have been disconnected on the 26th of MAY 2016, 30 days from date of cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet to this day I keep on getting bills from TELKOM with Interest due and Monthly rental, charged dillegently every single month!!!! How the (*@$()%()@*$&(*)@$%*()@&#% do I get the account sorted and the phone disconnected!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?</p>
