Horrible service on the telephone line

I am so disappointed with the service I received from Telkom customer service line.its been two weeks without internet access,I had purchased 20gb of data,which has gone down the drain without even using a small bit .One agent told me to wait for it it will come back ,the other told me my sim card doesn't belong to me(I've had it for more than 3 years,rica by me when I purchased my mobile device.)The last one top tire,name is Lungelo and he dropped my call before I could even finish telling him my name.

I now release my business is not valued and that's okay,I'll get another network.
