Horrible service! Nxa

The service is hot has been the worst I keep calling and each person I keep talking to gives me a different story. I paid via EFT but I still got debitd and I paid via EFT as per thier instructions now I can't get my refund. Each time I call one person will tell me your refund is being prosssed the next day the other one will tell me your case has been closed. Who closed it because I have not received feedback since I opened the case. Also sown of the call Centre people are shxt rude. I want my money! I this here is not what I was sold I have never though about jumping to another network until now *******!
