horrible service not getting what i order

This incident happened almost 1 month and a half ago.

I have ordered a Sony Xperia XA1 online while on Clearance Sale for about 169 online. Next day i got a call from a consultant to confirm details. he ended up convincing me to add a 5gig for 59.

But then i get a message later saying that my application was unapproved/declined.

but then i get a message for something is being delivered. i thought is was a mistake message about being declined as i was very exicted our my phone and to give telkom network a try, as i was hoping that my whole family would make this switch but not its highly unlikely.

i get a sim card without any information. i try calling the call centre but no help or call backs , going to the stores is no help. i was told by many consultants at different branches but was turned away as i was told it is a online sale they cannot assist.

now i am going to be billed for something that i did not take out.

can we please get this sorted ASAP.
