HORRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPENTENT STAFF I ordered a Samsung TAB A8 with TELKOM and when following up on the order they are saying that they can only see an order for sim card only deal for 10GBs. I authorized the debit order mandate for R259, for a Tablet, how can I be purchasing a 10GB sim only for R259 pm? I have an existing order with Telkom that was ordered in January for a sim card only deal for 40 GP day + 40 GB night for R249, the order has not been delivered to date.

How can I order 10GB for R259 when already waiting for an order of 40GB.

The order for 40GB has not been delivered for 2 full months now, and they have charged me the activation fee of R300, but they have not delivered.
