Horrible service from your insurer

I have no idea why such a big and respectable company choose to work with a horrible insurer like admin plus. Their service is appalling and you guys take no responsibility in partnering with them. Every time we complain we are told to deal with them yet we took the insurance because we have a contract with you. A claim logged in December yet still no outcome. Every month we are debited but when its time to help we are treated like beggars. When our contract ends in September we won't be renewing because of the horrible service from your insurance. Sies!
