Horrible service from Telkom park station.

I visited telkom branch on the 22nd of September at Park Station it was on the Wednesday when I got to the branch it was at 5:20 and the door is already locked I waited only for consultant to come to my attention and at 5:30 was advised that they close at five and I was late so I asked him why is there a notice sign that says operating hours until 5:30 he said that he doesn’t know why, but they must close the branch at five so that at 5:30 they can leave. so I was told to turn back home and come back the following day before 5pm to the branch to get assistance because they’re not going to assist me since he already closed so I asked if that’s the case why isn’t stated on the notice sign that trading hours till 5pm. Why does it say 5:30 He said he doesn’t know,but that’s how it is so I asked for his name so that we I complain i state who gave me all that information, but he refused and asked me what I will do with it and why I want it, he can’t give me. I asked him why doesn’t wanted his name, that is when he told me to come in so that they can assist me.I said NO! it’s already 15:40 and I’ve been waiting and I’m trying to explain my case for the past 20 to 25 minutes and we are just standing at the door only now when I ask for your name you want to assist me should I come in now. He then he went back to the branch he came back with a name badge, I’m not too sure whether the name is his or not this is a guy from Telkom Park Station branch Ntokozo Nhleko

The inconvenience caused by the bad service is a huge inconvenience. I went to Telkom Main Street and they were offline and was advised that at park station they close at 6pm. Only to get there at 5:20 to be told they by Ntokozo that the close at 5:00pm and that the notice is incorrect. I am a paying client my account needs to be upgraded for months it’s been due for an upgrade, how to I get that done when the little time I have available gets wasted on by people whom are put in place to assist yet they fail to do so.
