Horrible service from telkom mobile. Number porting failed

Absolutely horrible service from Telkom mobile. Opened up a new contract and requested a number port from my old vodacom number to thr new telkom contract. After 2 days my vodacom number stopped working and the port is not yet finalised. Now nobody can get in touch with me and I am losing business as the number that needed to port is now lost. Telkom sort it out or I will sue.
