Horrible service from Telkom Mobile - Agent Nontembiso Ntantiso

Currently having the most ********* and unprofessional experience with Telkom mobile. Their agent Nontembiso Ntantiso is extremely unhelpful and dishonest. She contacted me After I cancelled my contract with them and asked for my personal information to refund the funds they debited from my account after my cellphone contract was paid up and cancelled!!!! This was in July 2025. I have sent her and others at Telkom all the required proof to process my refund and they have still not processed it. I have followed up countless times telephonically and on email with no assistance. If you want to purchase a cellphone on contract DO NOT USE TELKOM!!! I cannot stress this enough. The lack of professionalism is appalling. I am going the Legal route; as a last resort.
