Horrible service from Telkom mobile

<p>Last year I got a contract with Telkom for R799.00 and in December a debit order bounced which I paid for via eft and settled my account. Then that very same month I was told I owe telkom over R1937.00 which i had no idea of as I had settled my account. An agent advised me to return the money to my account before it was taken by telkom . I did that and then I started receiving threats from nudebt that I owed so much money and I was in breach and I would be registered with the debtors and this would affect my credit rating. Fearing this I paid that R1937 after a some debit orders had gone off from my account. Days after paying I received another sms saying I owed another R862. In a period of 2 months I have paid telkom over R3000.00 for a R799.00 contract that barely reaches a spent limit of R150.00. Nobody is helping me from telkom. I have called and emailed bother telkom and nudebt but nobody seems to know anything or even respond to my emails. I just want out of this contract and find a better service provider.</p>
