Horrible service from Telkom insurance

I have a claim that has been going on for 2 months now with the new telkom insurance by old mutual. I've given them all the details and was told my claim was approved. I paid the excess fee and now wgwn the delivery has to take place I'm told they can't find my address on Google maps which is ridiculous. I even suggested that they can deliver the device at any telkom store near me but they are saying they are not allowed to. I'm so feedback up with this horrible service I don't know what to do anymore. My claim was submitted on the 7th of May 2024, today the 11th of July I still don't have the device. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM INSURANCE!!!!!!
