Horrible service from Telkom fibre

I just started working from home and have found that my fibre works well only when I am in the room where the router is over teams and internet calls but from my bedroom the fibre is useless even with an extender, I upgraded my speed and nothing helps. I requested a technician and I am still waiting a week later even after logging a fault. I am so disappointed at the service levels from Telkom fibre and currently looking for a better fibre supplier.
