Horrible service from Telkom billing

My husband has a telkom account and has been struggling with the debit order that is going off on his business account not the amount that he signed up for. This is causing so much bad of a reflection on his business account because he had to reverse the debit order a few time. The line has now been suspended. Why is telkom the worse of all the networks when it comes to billing. I have power of attorney over his affairs which allows me to write this review. No one is helping us at all.
