Horrible service from telkom and finriet insurance

Ive had a telkom cellphone contract for 3 years now. I took out insurance with them. I lost the phone then the claim process was so long that i ended up upgrading so that i atleast have a phone. They eventually dealt with my claim after a month this was in may. I requested them to.cancel the old insurance as per their advice and upto date it is not cancelled. I am.now being debited for something ive requested a cancellation on. I have emailed. Called complained on their facebook page. Bt they do not respond. They cut calls. When they do answer they put u on mute till you hang up. Now i need a refund on the policy which i asked them to cancel but cannoy get hold of anyone to help. For a such a huge company to give such horrible service is uncalled. Anyone thinking of taking a contract with telkom and insuring the phone dont. The pain of getting them to assist when theres a need is definetly not worth it
