Horrible service from telkom

I moved to a new place last year, was told that there's no need to cancel my line as it can be moved to the new place. On the 30 November 2020 I was told a technician would come to do the installation, I'm not sure where he is travelling from but whenever I contact telkom they say the technician is still on his way. According to telkom I can't cancel my line as its in the process of being moved yet at the end of every month I still get hit with the bill. Stay away fro telkom, their service is horrible.
