Horrible service from Telkom

Very horrible experience from Telkom. I app**** online for a contract phone. An agent called me back and took my details, and advised the application is pending approval. On the same day the money was debited from my account with no communication if the application was approved and when delivery will be. I have been calling the customer service for over 3 days and I'm being transferred from one agent to another with no assistance. After staying on the line for over an hour's one agent had the audacity to hang up on me! Telkom and their agents are pathetic!
