Horrible Service from Telkom

I am so livid with the service I received from Ntomuhle Dlodlo from Telkom online. His horrible very sarcastic and not professional at all. I have app**** for Fibre for the last two weeks we on the 3rd week and I keep getting the same answer everyday. The agent who assisted me promised to call me two weeks ago I am still waiting to this day. This Ntomuhle refused for me to speak to his manager he told me " he has done what he could" what he could was not enough.. I was not getting any joy... Telkom agents are horrible to say the least.
