HORRIBLE service from Telkom.

I don't even know where to start!

Well over 2 hours spent on phone calls with agents and suddenly my issue is 'sorted', without a word or email as to what happened? Not even ONE call from them to ask what went wrong??? Seriously, what the hell is going on at helkom? Their service has gone in reverse since lockdown.

Do they NOT have a complaints section or ACTUAL humans to speak with who have an interest in sorting out customer issues? WE are the ones paying their SALARIES after all! They can be DAMN well sure that i will NOT be renewing my contract, regardless of how they try to 'sweeten the deal'
