Horrible Service from Telkom

I am so unhappy with Telkom's service. I've app**** for a new contract of R749 unlimited wifi data, of which I'm supposed to pay that initial amount from the second month going forward. Now I am being told of all these other amounts that cannot be explained and when I contact the call center for clarity, I am moved from one department to the other with no help at all. This is sooo annoying and frustrating. I regret having a contract with such an *********** network. I demand my account be adjusted!!!!
