HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I app**** for the Telkom ADSL line in January 2019. I had a terrible experience from their East Gate sales staff, who looked like that did not have a clue of what they are supposed to do. They sent me from pillar to post, before I can be informed if my application has been processed. I was advised to pay in February, which I did. Their installation guys- open serve have been coming and leaving my business premises without an explanation. I still don't have the line, though I have paid a long time ago. Horrible, horrible service from TELKOM
