Horrible Service from Telkom

My name is Puleng Evodia Mokete ID NO ********** 379082 my cell number is ********** I've bought cellphone four years back and my contract come to an-end last year 2017 June cancelled the contract with them. Up to this month Telkom keeps on deducting on my account why I dont know, went to Shop let in Bloemfontein Loch Logan Waterfront ********** 8862 Mall ask about this they told me I have an additional Sim Card of which I dont have. Ive ask them to give me that contract that i signed but they are refusing even the clip if it was done via telephone. Telkom has cancelled my number ********** 930 and Ive app**** with this numbers in verious department is this really convinient.
