horrible service from telkom.

So got an email regarding my cell phone contract saying I can upgrade, which I thought fantastic, so I decided to look at a laptop package which I thought I'd change as it was a cell phone contract. Anyways go into store only to be told I cant so I phone Telkom up to be told I can but should go back to Telkom to sort this out, went to another Telkom which the lady helped which was nice, but only to be told sorry I cant. if I do I have to pay for the rest of the phone and the laptop. I think its a joke given I have 3 mobile contracts and looking to change to a laptop deal as I have enough mobile phones at this period.

I am highly disappointed with them as MTN has no issues like this were its an issue changing from mobile to laptop etc. not to mention how I get charged a high amount but get pushed pillar to post. Telkom has really been a disappointment and think i shouldn't upgrade anymore and in the future with my other Telkom accounts.
