Horrible service from Telkom

Message: I have been trying to get a contract canceled since May from Telkom, till today this has not been done. I’ve logged numerous cases and all my cases get resolved without any explanation. When I call the call center, no is ever able to help me. Telkom has been billing me since May for an account I don’t even have. All I want is the contract canceled and my money refunded, is that too much to ask for??
