Horrible service from telkom

I bought airtime over 36 hrs and still hasn't reflected on my phone and I called before 6am and was told after 7am it will be sorted and after 7 I called again and then told well it's not working and no turn around time and after 3 I speak to another who hangs up on me and when I call again this one 1st refuses to let me speak to her team leader and then requests I forward my bank statement and that I will get my airtime and still nothing,,, horrible service from telkom
