Horrible service from Telkom

I have been without wifi for 3 days now. I called 10210 all 3 days, multiple times a day....I keep getting told a technician will attend to my problem. I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of service from telkom. It's pathetic. I pay every single month, I expect great service....not this.
