Horrible service from Sandton City branch

I went to Telkom Sandton City twice and received the most pathetic service, I thought maybe the first consultant was going through their issues and mistakenly bought them to work with them that day, went back on Monday to do a sim swop and was assisted by a different consultant with the same attitude, The consultants were getting annoyed when we asked questions, they didn't even explain what the process would be like. The first consultant went even further to say she couldn't do the sim swop without a manager being present, went to a different branch nd there was no mention of requiring manager approval to do the sim swop. If you need help don't waste your time with this branch unless it is attitude your after.
