Horrible Service from Ncaba Saalman

ive had to go back and forth trying to get an old number back and i have not been assisted all that happens is i keep getting sent from pillar to post. i recently spoke to a very unhelpful advisor by the name of Ncaba Saalman who told me his manager wont be able to assist as they are in a meeting, he didnt even mention to me that they would call me back, ive been a contract and pre paid customer for years with telkom and the service keeps getting worse.
