Horrible service from Mondo and Telkom

So after an entire back and forth with Mondo and Telkom about a phone they sold me that didn't meet the satisfaction as advertised by sales individual the phone was collected but my line is still close. When will this end. I will not open another contract or recommend anyone opening one after this experience.

Ive spoke to agents last week advising them that my line is close and iam suppose to pay for a phone that is back in your possession!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
