horrible service from manager

<p>on the 10th i was told that my order was sent threw which i received an email the email came from Sibonela Nhlapo who calls himself a desk based account manager tel ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>i sent many mails and made many calls regarding my order then to hear on the 16th that the order no was a problem which was on their side and up till today i never got any mails or calls back about this contract deal</p> <p> </p> <p>telkom your service is very discusting and really think url should do something about it </p> <p> </p> <p>thanks</p>
