Horrible service ever

My account is suspended and for what? I dont ****en know . i have been trying to call telkom and only got through once the **** i spoke to said ohhh sorry your account will be unsuspected anytime from now and a day later ,nothing and when i in the morning before 7 am i get told the system work from 7am till 10 pm ,what a horrible experience and unfortunately my phone is still suspended and i really regret using telkom and i am going to pay this device of and leave for good,because you qiuck to suspend without any reason but ****en horrible in restoring ..
