Horrible service

Went to Telkom Cresta to apply for a laptop. Was told my application would take about 2 days. It's been more than a week. I'm told my application is still being vetted. Telkom calls and offers me products all the time and when I go to the store I'm not assisted. I cannot be waiting for more than a week for a device. Can I just be told if I'm getting it or not so I can make another plan.
