Horrible service

I called telkom mobile twice over a month ago about my data disappearing and not being able to view my balance because I dont receive balance sms's anymore. 1st I was told the problem is fixed, the second time I was told a supervisor will call me back. It's been a month and the problem has not been resolved and no one has called me so clearly telkom is *****ing data and dont care about resolving my problem. Now I see why so many people on Twitter are complaining about telkom's horrible service.
