Horrible service

I sent a request to terminate my contract and did as they said 30 days notice. All was submitted correctly and received sms confirming my request and that an agent will contact me. Today to my surprise the case is closed and my contract will be cancelled in 60 days instead of 30 days as per their terms and conditions this is so bad for a big company to fail to keep their end of the bargain
