Horrible Service

Can't believe the charges Telkom invoiced me after my data contract ended where I was paying R190.00 every month and now am so shocked to see that am invoiced R1836.13 that I must pay this month. I even called last month to cancel the contract and according to Telkom they cancelled the contract by still charging me although am not using their sim card anymore.

I have been on Telkom contract from 2019, but can't believe what they are doing to me, will never ever recommend anyone to open any contract with Telkom.
