Horrible service

Ive has telkom fibre for close to a year now but recently my services keeps getting disconnected because only they know why. My services have been suspended three times this week, when I have never missed a payment, the customer service is just as bad noise in the backround. Side conversations about boyfriends, being put on hold without a set expectation
