Horrible service

I have wifi account with telkom. Yesterday i went to pay 3 R3000 for my wifi to be reinstated, the consultants told me this can happen within 24-48 hours of which to me is rediculous i paid and therefore my wifi should have been activated immediately, the issue to begin with was not created by me but by telkom consultants who failed to enter my information properly on the system and debit the money from my account as agreed. Right now i am being deeply inconvenienced, my children are undergoing exams and require wifi even myself i work remotely. Can something be done about this immediately.
