Horrible Service - Do not recommend

Working through billing issues with Telkom is a nightmare. Every contract I get with them I have to fight before it works out. I am looking forward to cancelling every contract I have with them if they could just let me. I am currently paying for a line I cancelled almost a year ago, in store i am told to cancel online and online it is greyed out saying the line is suspended. I spending most my day on the phone trying to get through and all i get is automated high call volumes voice messages. I honestly would not recommend Telkom to anyone, I have given them way too many chances I JUST WANT OUT!!
