Horrible service

Horrible service at telkom mobile Cresta store. I have 2 prepaid Sims, the main number and LTE Sim. I've been using telkom for more than 10 years now for my main Sim and 3 years for my LTE Sim. Im 2023 I took an LTE prepaid Sim with Telkom and have been using it for my modem. In 2025 November I didn't load data on my Sim then when I loaded data in December, I noticed I couldn't use my simcard and called the call centre who advised that my Sim have been given to another customer and I should go to the branch. I went to Cresta telkom mobile and yes when they checked the simcard was given to another customer who was not even using the Sim but the only thing that was showing is the data that I bought. I was advised to do a Sim swap which I had to pay for cause they didn't want me to loose my data. I got the number back but it's still under another customer and I have been loading data to the Sim. Today I decided to go back to Telkom mobile and the guy who was assisting me was very horrible and told me the system does not show any history of my details except for when I bought the sim card in 2023. When I asked who gave my active number to another customer he said it's the system and there nothing they can do. I must go to mall of Africa and lay my complain there as they are a phranchise. He said no one wil assist me with my issue cause they don't have control over what the system does, he was not wearing a name tag but very rude guy. Telkom can just take an active number and give it to someone else and make it my problem as the number still shows someone else and not me. I asked him to ask their IT department to check why there is no history of me loading data on that sim until they gave to someone. He said go to mall of Africa and ask them to do that for you. Worse customer service. I'm still stark with my number that was given to someone else and not on my name, I cant query or enquire about this Sim cause it belongs to someone else. Telkom mobile Cresta mall is the worst
