Horrible service continued

In short....had a fixed line and had inconsistant to zero service since the beginning. After many many attempts and complaints which could not be resolved, i requested them to rather put me on LTE as they could not deliver. I specifically requested this on condition that they do not penalize me. Guess what? I am now being charged for services and cancellation etc. I emailed them and i am being ignored. I was served by Bheki Ndlovu and Albertus Venter, but they have not responded since 16 July 2018.
