HORRIBLE service Clearwater Mall Telkom

I signed up with Telkom a WEEK ago for a cellphone contract. My prepaid number was supposed to be ported from Vodacom to Telkom. A WEEK later - Now I don't have service on Vodacom or Telkom. I've been back to the Telkom Shop in Clearwater Mall TWICE to sort this out, Still waiting to hear back from them. They just keep making promises. When I enquired about the 'Free SD card' I was supposed to receive,but never received with my new contract (As advertised) - I was told a manager will have to help with that (no manager at the shop at that time) I am DISGUSTED with what has happened to me & REGRET making this move. I said I'm just gonna cancel anything & the consultant said if I do that I will have to pay R800.00 cancellation fee + the value of device & asked me to give him one more day to sort it out-which I agreed to.

They said all of this would take 24 hours-it has been a WEEK. I recently lost my father and I can NOT deal with THIS KIND OF **** at this stage!!!

If you are considering a move to Telkom - DONT! RUN!!!
